This privacy policy applies when you visit our websites. nLogic shall process personal data in accordance with data protection legislation.

Here you will find information about how nLogic processes personal data. CEO at nLogic Group, Erlend Bonesvoll, is responsible for the processing of personal data.

When you use our websites, you leave data traces and may submit information about yourself. Read through the information below to understand how this data is used and why it is collected.

Nordics organisations are required to provide information about such use through the Electronic Communications Act, in the so-called ‘cookie clause’. Basically, you are anonymous when you visit our website. Only your computer’s domain name (IP address) is registered when you visit, not your e-mail address.

The information is used for statistical measurement and analysis to improve the website. Apart from IP addresses, no information is collected that contains identifiable personal information. This includes, for example, information about which browser and version you use, and your internet address (IP address). For this measurement, a script and cookie from the analysis tool Google Analytics is used.

For each page viewed, the following information is stored:

  • which page you are viewing
  • date and time
  • which browser you are using
  • your IP address

Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer when you download a website, such as nlogic.no/se/dk. There are two types of cookies. One type is ‘persistent cookies’, which are stored on the visitor’s PC for a longer period of time. The other type is ‘session cookies’, this is a cookie that is deleted when you leave our website or close your browser.

Persistent cookies
We use a cookie to count the number of unique users on nlogic.no. This tells us whether nlogic.no has a small number of regular visitors, or a large number of infrequent visitors. When you fill out a form to send us information, a FormCookie is left on your computer. Such forms are used on pages where you can give us feedback on ‘Did you find what you were looking for?’. This cookie is placed on your computer so that we can control whether you can send the message once or several times.

Session cookies
Cookies when using a contact form: If you send us a message about the processing of personal data by using an electronic contact form, a cookie will be placed on your computer. This is necessary for the form to work. The information is not shared with others.

HubSpot: HubSpot software uses cookies to track visitors and contacts. When HubSpot software runs on our website, it leaves a cookie on visitors’ computers that helps HubSpot to identify them and future visits. We further track how many people share a post and how many people like a post.

When you sign up for a newsletter

Visitors can also sign up for nLogic’s newsletter. Then it is you who actively share your information with nLogic. It is voluntary to provide this information. When you sign up for a newsletter, the following data is typically stored: name, e-mail address, IP address, time and place of registration, time zone and e-mail provider, in addition to other data you are asked to provide when registering. You can unsubscribe from the nLogic newsletter at any time. You can do so by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any email from us, or by sending an email to marked@nlogic.no.

When you sign up for an event

Visitors can also sign up for nLogic’s various events and courses. Then it is you who actively share your information with nLogic. It is voluntary to provide this information. When you sign up for a newsletter, the following data is typically stored: name, e-mail address, IP address, time and place of registration, time zone and e-mail provider, in addition to other data you are asked to provide when registering. You can unsubscribe from nLogic events at any time. You can do so by sending an email to marked@nlogic.no. The information you share with us when you sign up for an event will be shared with the producers who participate as speakers at the events. Beyond that, no information about you will be shared in any way.

Deletion of data

You can contact us at any time and request that all information about you be deleted.

Switching off or deleting cookies

You can switch off the use of cookies in your browser and/or delete them. The procedure varies from browser to browser, but you can find out by typing in ‘delete cookies’ + the name of your browser in Google. There you can also find out how to switch off the use of cookies.
