#nLogicFamily: Meet Olav Kolbu, CTO on collaboration and security<\/h1>\n\t\t\t\t

At nLogic Group, technology is at the heart of what we do \u2013 but it\u2019s our people who make the real difference. That\u2019s why we created the nLogic Family<\/strong> project: to share the stories of the experts behind the technology, the passion that drives them, and the values that unite us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Working without silos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re a relatively small organization, but that\u2019s our strength. With short decision lines and little \u201csilo mentality,\u201d we work closely together, challenge each other, and learn from one another every single day. For our customers \u2013 from critical infrastructure to leading enterprises \u2013 this means real results, faster. For our employees, it means the chance to grow, share knowledge, and work on projects that truly matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meet our Group CTO<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

One of those who embodies this spirit is our Group CTO, who joined in January 2023. He describes life at nLogic<\/a> like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHere you get to work with colleagues who are not only highly skilled, but also eager to share and collaborate. Every day brings exciting discussions and challenging assignments with some of Norway\u2019s most advanced networking and security environments. For me, it\u2019s about never stop learning \u2013 the more you know, the better equipped you are to make the right decisions.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is not only highly skilled, but also calm and reassuring in his presence \u2013 qualities that inspire confidence both internally and with our customers. Knowing that their challenges are met with competence, professionalism, and steadiness gives our customers a strong sense of trust in nLogic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outside of work, he is raising two kids (11 and 14) and slowly restoring a big 1939 house \u2013 one brick and beam at a time. A reminder that both building and cybersecurity require patience, persistence, and a focus on doing things right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Building trust together<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Through nLogic Family<\/a><\/strong>, we want to show that security is more than technology \u2013 it\u2019s about people working together, sharing knowledge, and creating trust. We\u2019re proud of the competence we have in-house, but even prouder of how our experts use it: to make a real difference for our customers and help them achieve a safer everyday life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because in the end, that\u2019s what security is all about: calm expertise, collaboration, and never stop learning.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
