One of those people is Caitilin, our incredible Purchasing and Logistics Manager. Originally from Australia, Caitilin brought with her not only a global outlook but also a sharp eye for detail and a passion for precision. She\u2019s been with us for 1.5 years and has become a cornerstone in keeping our logistics running like clockwork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In her role, Caitilin is known for being organized, methodical, and always in control \u2013 she has a natural talent for creating structure in the midst of complexity. Whether it\u2019s managing deliveries, handling vendor communication, or ensuring timelines are met, Caitilin handles it all with calm confidence and laser-sharp accuracy. Quite simply: she gets things done \u2013 and done right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But there\u2019s much more to Caitilin than logistics and purchase orders. She\u2019s also a bright spirit in the office, known for lifting the mood, bringing people together, and turning even a rainy day into something fun. She\u2019s the kind of colleague who sparks laughter, energy, and connection \u2013 and if there\u2019s a party, you can be sure Caitilin is helping create the vibe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Family is incredibly important to her, and she cherishes her time outside of work with her loved ones. It\u2019s where she finds her grounding, balance, and motivation. She\u2019s also a passionate traveler and a true fashion enthusiast \u2013 always arriving with style and confidence that reflects her vibrant personality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When asked what it’s like to work at nLogic, she describes it as dynamic, fast-paced, and never boring<\/em>. \u201cNo two days are the same. I\u2019m constantly challenged, but in the best way \u2013 and I always feel supported,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
