#nLogicFamily: Meet Tobias Kofod Hansen, Sales Director, nLogic Denmark<\/h1>\n\t\t\t\t

nLogic Family Tobias Kofod Hansen<\/strong> is the first story in our new series. We use these stories to highlight the people who shape our culture, influence customer experiences, and live the values we stand for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tobias joined in January 2025 as Sales Director for nLogic Denmark. His arrival came at an important moment of growth for the company. As a result, his role quickly became central to our Nordic expansion.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joining nLogic at the right time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Tobias joined nLogic as the company expanded across the Nordics. At that time, building strong and trust-based relationships with customers was essential. Therefore, appointing a dedicated Sales Director in Denmark was a key step.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having this role in place allows us to work more closely with our customers. In addition, it enables us to understand their needs better, co-create solutions, and deliver real value through technology and expertise.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Life beyond work<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Outside of work, Tobias recharges at his summerhouse by the sea. He spends time with family and friends, enjoys grilling, and takes long walks on the beach. \u201cIt\u2019s the perfect way to reset,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, one story captures both his determination and humor.<\/strong> On the way to an important meeting, his Citro\u00ebn lost a cylinder. He drove more than 200 km with the engine shaking and roaring. However, he still arrived on time, parked next to luxury cars, and finalized a strategic partnership.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amazingly, the car was repaired and lasted another year. As a result, Tobias kept driving it while minimizing his consumption.<\/strong> \u201cI try to minimize my consumption and invest in things that last,\u201d he adds with a smile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Values that build trust<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When asked to share a guiding quote, Tobias says:
\u201cBelieve in the good in people, and they\u2019ll often rise to meet it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is passionate about building strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Therefore, trust and positivity are central to his work.<\/strong> This mindset defines his role as Sales Director Denmark.
